Help us with the local animal shelter, turtle conservation plan and snakes rescue, we have lovely Ibu Linda who is living close to our resort and she is like the local animal shelter but she has no income and survives from her own hand made jewellery witch of course isn’t enough to feed all the animals, she takes in all straight dogs and cats and take in monkeys that people don’t want anymore, she need help with food for the animals, bigger cages for the monkeys and birds, fruit trees so she can feed more the animals etc, our Foundation is giving her regularly money or we buy animal food, but we would like to do more, our foundation buys up the turtle eggs that the local finds and keep them in a safe place, we do this so wild dogs don’t eat the turtles and we have ATV motors and cross motors going on the beach and they break the nest when they drive over them, also we are trying to stop the motors going on the beach, but we find a lot of resistance as the locals earn there money with them, we are trying to find or create alternatives but this cost money, in Bali we have Bali reptile rescue, they depend totally from donations, there work is to catch the dangerous snakes who are in and around the villages so it prevents danger for the locals and the risk the snakes get killed by the locals.
